HCG Diet: Day 19

Friday, April 30th, 2010

I can’t believe that I’ve been on the homeopathic HCG diet for 19 days. And I’m down another pound. YEAH! I am starting to get excited to get on the scale every morning. It’s like a fun, new game and I’m absolutely great at it!

So when I got on the scale this morning it was a little later than usual. But I figured it can’t be too off because I hadn’t eaten anything. I got up with my daughter because she was sick. Once I had her back to sleep I figured I might as well stay up for the day. I was already out and about cleaning the house and what not so I didn’t think to go back in my room to weight myself until mid-morning.

But I lost a pound so I guess it didn’t matter. I’m at 154 pounds down from 155. In my 19 days on the diet I’ve lost 17 pounds. That’s a pretty fantastic result, I think. I’m very close to the average 1 to 2 pounds per day weight loss. Men are the actual recipients of the higher weight loss averages, dang it! So I feel like I’m doing quite well.

I noticed that there are HCG Diet Direct reviews floating about online and I have to say that I’m absolutely going to get on there and leave a one of my own. HCG Diet Direct reviews should be all over the place and they should all be fabulous. I’ve tried a lot of dieting options and this one is by far the most effective and the most seemingly long lasting one I’ve ever experienced.

I love that I’m learning to cook my foods in a healthy way. I love that I’ve learned to incorporate healthy foods throughout the day instead of opting for easy, but very unhealthy options that are popular in today’s society. For instance, today I had the rest of my leftover, lean steak for lunch with Melba Toasts and half a grapefruit.

At dinner I had Buffalo Chicken salad (it’s a recipe found in the HCG Diet Direct cookbook). I also had Melba Toasts and an apple. That’s another thing…HCG Diet Direct reviews should definitely point out the cookbook. It’s amazing!

Amelia Handley studied exercise science in college with a minor in Nutrition. Yet she still found herself veering from diet to diet in order to control her weight. With HCG Diet Direct she’s found a program that allows her to combine her desire to control her own body weight with her education and not feel off balance.

Internal Hemorrhoid

Friday, April 30th, 2010

Almost one third of the population of the USA currently has, or have had in the past, hemorrhoids. This common issue is caused by poor diet, constipation, a sedentary lifestyle, and other health issues. Hemorrhoids usually develop from damaged blood vessels and membranes in the anal canal or rectum, and can be extremely painful or itchy. While they usually go away on their own if given time to heal, they can be very bothersome while healing. Using a hemorrhoid home remedy can help a person suffering with hemorrhoids feel more comfortable, and can help them heal faster.

Stool softeners are usually used to prevent hard stools which can cause more pressure on the internal hemorrhoid. There are many types of stool softeners available. The most common are suppositories that are inserted directly into the anus. They usually have an immediate effect and are given within good proximity of a toilet. Oral suppositories are usually taken to help in regulating the digestive system and to help prevent constipation

There are ways that may help prevent hemorrhoids, such as, eating a high fiber diet. When you eat a high fiber diet or bran, or rouhage, it helps to retain more water in your stool, allowing the bowel movement to be softer and easier for you to pass. When you have the urge to have a bowel movement do not prevent it from happening, drink plenty of liquids and exercise to help the bowl movement to be more frequent.

Hemorrhoids appear when all the blood in the rectum area exerts pressure in the rectal and anal area. A hemorrhoid is a swollen or dilated vein which occurs in and around the anus and rectum area. They may be internal or external.

There are alot of over the counter treatments and solutions available for the tratment of hemorrhoid as well. They are included in the same classification of medicines for the treatment of itching and burning symptoms. These include ointments, gels and foams, they can be easily applied by using your finger.

People have found many ways to help ease and temporarily relieve the hurt of painful hemorrhoids. None of these methods are permanent and they will occasionally have to go through the process again. There are very few methods, whether it be medical or natural, relieves all symptoms at once or in a timely matter. A new natural treatment is known to cure and help prevent painful hemorrhoids. Calmovil helps by dissolving blood clots within the hemorrhoid while strengthening veins. In addition to stopping bleeding, Calmovil also has anti-inflammatory effects.
